Professor Li Zhang, male, born in May 1960. Doctor of science, doctoral supervisor, key laboratory for semi-arid climate change of lanzhou university, the Ministry of Education, deputy director of ecological environment and climate change, the third pole frontier science center, deputy director of the standing director of China environmental science society, atmospheric physics at the Chinese academy of meteorological committee, "plateau" and other professional journal editors. He used to be the dean of The Department of Atmospheric Sciences of Lanzhou University, the vice dean of the School of Atmospheric Sciences, and a member of the Assessment Team of Atmospheric Sciences of Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council (five and six sessions). He also visited Texas A&M University in the United States, The University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, and the Italian International Research Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP). He has been engaged in the teaching and research of atmospheric physics and atmospheric environment, atmospheric boundary layer and atmospheric diffusion, atmospheric aerosol and its climate effect, atmospheric pollution and its control. He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses for a long time, recruiting and training master and doctoral students. Presided over the completion of more than 20 provincial and national projects, published more than 130 papers in academic journals at home and abroad. Won the first national meteorological teaching masters (2018), national prize for young teachers in colleges and universities (2000), science and technology progress third prize (1999), gansu province, teaching achievement first prize (1997), gansu province, gansu province colleges and universities across the century the leader (1998), baosteel education funds outstanding teacher award (1998), national excellent environmental workers (1999), lanzhou university of science and technology ethics model (2001), lanzhou university, ten of my favorite teachers (2009) and so on many awards and honorary title, enjoy special government allowances of the State Council.
