Recently, a sample of cold chain shrimp from Tianjin Port in Lanzhou tested positive for nucleic acid in its inner package, which sounded the alarm for the regular epidemic prevention and control. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the territory and the actual situation of the school, in combination with the characteristics of epidemic prevention and control in autumn and winter, in order to ensure the safety of the school and the health of teachers and students, the relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows.
1. Teachers, students and staff should improve their awareness of prevention, reduce going out and going to crowded places, wear masks scientifically and regularly.Consciously maintain good hygiene habits, keep a social distance in public places, and actively cooperate in information verification, health code checking and temperature checking.
2. All units in the school should consolidate the responsibility of prevention and control, earnestly strengthen the health monitoring of teachers and students and daily leave cancellation management, improve the efficiency of personnel information survey, always know the health status of teachers and students and the situation of going out, and report to the school prevention and control office as soon as possible if there is any abnormal situation.
3. Special working groups for epidemic prevention and control should perform their respective functions and strictly implement the measures. The school hospital should implement the requirement of "joint prevention of multiple diseases", strengthen the communication with the joint prevention and control mechanism of dependency, and improve the capacity of medical emergency response. The security Department shall continue to adhere to the necessary requirements for the management of school entrance and exit, and strengthen the examination and approval of foreign personnel and vehicles entering the school. The logistics support Department should implement the requirement of "people working together to prevent", strictly manage food procurement, processing and other links, and focus on the management of cold chain food, ventilation, disinfection and elimination, and environmental cleaning. The Department of Study and Work, The Department of Research and Work, the School of International Cultural Exchange, the Department of Human Resources and the Department of Retired Workers should remind teachers and students of relevant prevention and control requirements in a timely manner, so as to accurately grasp the dynamics of all the focal points.
4. For all kinds of conferences, forums and training courses held in the school for the society, the host unit shall make a good survey of personnel information in advance, report to the Security Department for activities, and strictly implement the prevention and control requirements during the activities.
5. The basic education management center shall properly arrange the prevention and control work of affiliated schools and kindergartens according to the requirements of the local education management department.
